This was a great buying experience from beginning to end.

This was a great buying experience from beginning to end. I was buying a low price used vehicle and they treated me like I was buying a new vehicle. No pushiness, very transparent. This is a modern dealership that understands that the way customers buy has changed. In contrast to many traditional dealerships that still try to tack on xx fees and upsell you at every turn. I think this generally applies to the Group1 dealerships, but I had a great experience here specifically, particularly with Cortez who was great

We just bought our 3rd ACURA MDX from Sterling McCall

We just bought our 3rd ACURA MDX from Sterling McCall Acura Sugar Land. All were purchased with our sales person, April Jackson. I cannot recommend her enough as she gives wonderful attention and service. We also loved working with Felicia, one of the Sales Managers, are she worked tirelessly to make the deal work. I highly recommend April Jackson, Felicia and Sterling McCall Acura Sugar Land for your next new or pre-owned vehicle!

Service manager’s attitude was terrible.

Service manager’s attitude was terrible. I will not go back there again. Tried to sell services that were not needed. xxxx poor people skills.
