Bob Horwitz was our sales person. He is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. This is our second Lexus RX350 that we have purchased at Lexus of Wayzata.

John Mac was our sales person. He was great in every respect. Offered us all of the available used car options and then found us the "Needle in the Haystack" car that we thought was not available. Eric Baumann, the Technology Specialist effortlessly set me up with navigation and Bluetooth on a level I could understand. I am not a savvy techie! He was kind and patient with this old middle-aged person! I am a very happy customer. If I decide this isn’t my last vehicle I will definitely be calling Cal Ryan.
