Lexus of Wayzata

I have dealt with Lexus & the same salesperson for many years. Will continue to do so‼️ Hopefully I will recommend Lexus to any one who is in the market for a great car.

Lexus of Wayzata is the finest dealership we have been to. They have reinvested in the property over the years and it is striking. The waiting area has the feeling of a resort, complete with a gas fireplace and numerous complimentary refreshments. But more importantly are the people. From the moment you enter, you are warmly welcomed by the receptionist. Our salesperson was Michael Shteyn. Michael was without question, the finest sales rep we have ever worked with in a dealership!!! He was professional, friendly, informative, knowledgeable throughout the whole process and an OUTSTANDING communicator as well, even responding to questions after business hours. He is truly worthy of the Lexus badge of honor and should be commended. We had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, Robert Katz. His excellent leadership is evident throughout this operation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Good buying experience even on a busy Saturday afternoon. The car we purchased was out front waiting for us to test drive when we arrived. Russell was very accommodating and helpful.

Everything was great except the car wash. The rag the person used to clean the mirrors and windows was soiled do they had to be redone at another car wash

Had a windshield replaced due to chip and subsequent crack. Service was prompt, rental car was available and service people organized and personable. Car was ready the same day.

Kudos to Lexus Wayzata team for assisting with my new car purchase. Gerald has spent a lot of effort to assist us from the 1st day we stepped on the Dealership until the car arrived at dealership. John has sorted it out with Toyota Financial when ther was a slight hiccup on loan application. Danny did his best to answer and show us regarding the new car as well as making sure that our car has successfully connected to Lexus system before we left the dealership.

Best place to by a car, Christian was great to work with on the purchase of a Lexus es350. They go above and beyond what you get from other dealers. Will definitely be back for my next vehicle. I can’t recommend this place enough. Fantastic experience

The service is excellent. They completed the work in a timely manner and the work was done free because it was a recall. They cleaned the car inside and outside and had me on the way in less time than allocated for this recall. The waiting area is meticulous clean and proved all the amenities that anyone could want. An A plus for this dealership.

Started our search in Wayzata and ended up with a GX that Maplewood had in stock. Jon Phelps and Matt ended up helping us in Maplewood. What an awesome experience!
