This is my second time working with Stevenson Hendrick Mazda and every time I’ve had a great experience. I went in to sell my vehicle and was helped by Alexandria. Alex was very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Alex had all of the necessary paperwork ready when I arrived and was very genuine throughout my interaction with her. I had a fantastic experience purchasing a new vehicle from Stevenson Hendrick Mazda. The facility is top notch and on par with German luxury brands, as well as Mazda’s product offerings. The staff was excellent from receptionist to finance manager. Madison did a great job of walking me through all the features of the vehicle, as well as setting up my app and phone. It’s great that she gives an orientation of all the cool bells and whistles. The real icing on the cake was my excellent experience with Alexandria (Alex C). She is fantastic and easy to talk to, along with the wealth of information she has about the vehicles .I highly recommend her for a painless , ideal vehicle purchase or upgrade!

Great car buying experience! The employees at Hendrick Stevenson’s Mazda are very kind and helpful. They helped me look all day for a car and worked with me on the price. I am 18 and was very nervous to go to a car dealership by myself, but I actually had a very fun time there and I bought a great car.

Excellent experience with the Stevenson-Hendricks team. I purchased one of their pre-owned vehicles and the experience could not have gone more smoothly. I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state and the sales/financing staff were more than helpful getting all the paperwork in order and the car shipped to me without me having to fly out there. Particular shootout to Brian Davis in sales and Paul Ferrarese in Finance. They were very easy to work with and I will likely be purchasing another vehicle from them when the time comes.
