Recently, while looking to buy a Mazda Miata we stopped by Stevenson-Hendrick Mazda Wilmington. They opened a previously owned car lot beside their new car lot a few days earlier and there was the car we were looking for parked in front of the building for sale. A very friendly and professional individual helped us with everything we needed to buy the car on that first visit. Nabil answered all our questions and took care of all our requests. I would rate Stevenson Hendrick Mazda one of the best Dealerships I have visited or done business with ever. Their sales staff did an excellent job answering my questions and I had the feeling they were sincere. That was the thing that helped me make my mind up about buying a car the day I was there. I felt that I could trust them. I already had picked out the care I wanted on Mazda's Web Site, A CX30 and then the finance department took over and the same thing AGAIN, excellent job and professionalism. After handling the paperwork and test driving the car I took it home. That was when I was so surprised, Madison McClane took over and AGAIN gave me the Stevenson Hendrick Mazada help and professionalism, and customer service that makes this Dealership one of if not the best Dealership I have ever dealt with. Madison took the extra time to come to my home and go over a few issues with how to use the accessories in the car. She took her time explaining my questions and AGAIN exhibited the Stevenson Hendrick Mazda Dealship's professionalism and CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had my car serviced twice now and Heather in the Service Department AGAIN gave me the same professionalism and curiosity I received from everyone I have dealt with at the Dealership. It has been like a breath of fresh air the way I have been treated and the way all the folks at the Dealership have followed up and kept their promises made. I have been telling everyone that asks about my car how pleased I am with both the car and the folks at the Dealership.
