We took our car to this dealership to get service work...
We took our car to this dealership to get service work done Wednesday. This is our normal dealership and the service department is outstanding!! We have the pleasure of dealing with Heather the service technician. Heather is an awesome employee. She is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. She recognizes us and remembers us by name. She takes the time to explain what was done to our car and makes sure that we have no questions. Heather really does go above and beyond and is an asset to the company. We wanted to make sure that the dealership knows that we are always looking forward to dealing with Heather and wanted to let management know how great she is.

Fast and friendly service. I arrived before they opened and they arrived and had the car in the work area before the appointment time. They also have excellent coffee. This is an all around great example of customer service.

Great service!
Took my car in for service here because I was due for my first scheduled maintenance. I bought my Mazda out of state and they were very straight forward and helpful. Will be coming back here for all of my service needs while I’m still in town!

The service department always makes you feel like you are...
The service department always makes you feel like you are the only customer there, with their personal attention. Heather explained the service needed thoroughly, and reached out to Jeremiah to shuttle us to the shopping mall while our car was being serviced. It takes us 45 minutes to get to this dealer, but they are worth it! Keep up the great work, team!
