Family day at the dealership
We bought a 2021 CX5 today and were so happy with our experience that our daughter came in and bought a car too. Our salesman Brice was so knowledgeable about the cars and all the specs and had all the answers to our questions. He said he would not be satisfied until we found the right car at the right price for us. Paul, the finance manger, and Brian, the sales manager made it come together and made it the most enjoyable buying experience we’ve ever had. And we’ve bought a lot of cars over the years we many dreadful experiences. No pressure, straight forward dealing. Customer service like no other. They even gave a loaner to our daughter until her car comes in; as safety was a concern with her old car. That’s going far above and beyond. We highly recommend this dealership.

Yes i would recommend. Always easy to get appointment at a convenient time. Staff is always courteous. Dealership waiting area clean comfortable.. they are fast, efficient.

Fantastic customer service from beginning to end. The sales staff worked with me to find the vehicle that I was looking for as we prepared for our move back to "snow" country. Searched diligently until finding me exactly what we needed and worked with me to take both of our vehicles in on trade. Service team did a great job in adding an item that I wanted and did a great job of inspecting and servicing their vehicle before I bought it. They did a great job in explaining the operation of the many new features and options about the vehicle that I had just purchased. Best "car buying " experience I have had in a very long time. Congratulations to the "team" Great job !!!
