Great experience

Went in to Oakes to test drive an SUV. Met with Cade Klassen. Cade was very professional and personable throughout the whole process I’d recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to give him a call. Tony Harrison also help tirelessly to make the numbers meet my expectations and was understanding and explained throughly each and every aspect of the deal. We also met another one of the sales managers (I believe Mike?) he was also very professional and made the buying process go well. Anyone looking for a vehicle, give these guys a call they will take care of you.

Reggie Slaton was friendly and very informative when answering my questions about the dealership inventory of the different makes and models of the vehicles on the lot. He encouraged me to go on website as well come to dealership to view vehicles hands on. In a professional manner (no nagging or pushy way) he has reached out to me letting me know about new arrivals and deals.. I will definitely want to have him assist in purchasing my next vehicle. Three years ago, in 2017, I leased 3 cars and had a great experience at Jack Miller. The service was prompt and respectful and the deals were fair. When I returned to buy out the lease of the vehicles back in September 2020 the dealership had changed to Oakes Kia and I was horribly disappointed with the service I received. I was ignored for almost 10 minutes at an unattended reception. When i was finally assisted I waited for over 2 hours for quotes and finally was told that the dealership did not even offer financing for a lease buy-out. It was a waste of my time. I was disrespected and I was lied to! That day I decided to take my business else where -- until this week. Kevin at Oakes called me this week to discuss one of my leases and when I told him about why I would be taking my business elsewhere he assured me that Oakes had a change in management, customer service culture and the finance team. He assured me my experience would be different and that I would receive the level of service that gained my loyalty 3 years ago. Kevin came through and then some! He did not waste my time. We were able to negotiate a fair deal in a timely and respectable manner. Kevin was helpful, professional and a delightful host at Oakes. He has definitely reassured me of the service there and regained a loyal customer.
