Last week, I purchased a new car at Bredemann Lexus in Glenview. If you are looking for a car sales experience without all of the car sales nonsense, I would highly recommend this dealership. My sales person, Kathy Walsh was knowledgable and helped me leave the dealership with my dream car, but not before showing me how all the cool features work. Both she and her Manager, Tim Ryan told me to contact them anytime with questions or concerns. At every step of the process, I was treated with respect and integrity, which is quite different from my experience with the other Lexus dealers in the Chicago area. I am looking forward to many years of outstanding service to come!

We recently leased a Lexus from Sue Guido here and the experience was by far the best we've ever had shopping for and selecting a car. We planned to lease for three years and then purchase a Lexus at that point; and our only hope is that Sue is still working here so we can by it from her! Every step of the way, Sue kept us informed and offered suggestions. We had selected a certain interior trim but it wasn't one that's readily available and when Sue realized we might not get a car with that within our needed timeframe she was proactive in finding us a car we could really like, and we wound up getting a slightly different model than we requested but are really happy with the outcome. Also the leasing/financing options were clearly explained to us and the process was efficient and friendly. Great job Bredemann and Sue! Thanks...

Excellent Dealership I have nothing but high praise for this dealership. They treat you like gold. I bought my 2003 Lexus in 2006 but whenever I go there for service, they treat me as if I just bought the most expensive car in the place. They go above and beyond courteousness, friendliness and just darned niceness. I can't say enough good things about Bredemann Lexus.

Bredemann Lexus is the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. They are extremely courteous and professional. Everyone I have dealt with is friendly and anxious to assist their customers in any way possible. They are a pleasure to do business with.
