I bought my 2014 Lexus IS250 after shopping 5 other Lexus dealers. Bredemann Lexus was my last stop after shopping for 2 weeks. Armed with all my other offers, Sue Guido my sales consultant was accommodating and patient when I couldn't choose colors. After I made my choice she gave me their offer and they beat all the other dealers. We worked out a deal in 3 minutes. This was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had in buying cars in 40 years.They earned my repeat business in the future. Sue Guido was great and answered all of my questions. Sue spent even more time explaining all of the equipment, and offered to answer any additional questions that I might have. The ES300h is the third Lexus we have purchased from Bredemann Lexus (and one Prius from Bredemann Toyota). We decided that we no longer needed two cars so traded in an 2009 LS460 and the 2010 Prius for the new car. Over the years I have had excellent service and service consultants, Pat Kappel and Jeff Kaddatz are extremely professional. All the service works has been done on time and repairs, which were very rare (maybe 2 over 8 years), solved any problems I had which is a testament to the Lexus quality. When we decided to trade in and purchase the ES300h, we went back to Renis Pavlik for the third time. The trade-in value given was excellent and Renis made the purchase go very smoothly. Renis then went out with us to the new car and helped us get set up and on the road. She is incredibly knowledgeable on some of the smallest details one could imagine. If I have a question on how to set up the phone, radio, navigation system, she is right there to show us how to do it. We are extremely pleased with Bredemann Lexus which is why we keep going back!

We recently purchased a 2015 RX350. Our salesman was Wayne Phillips who was unlike most of the car salesmen you normally deal with. He was straightforward and from the beginning worked with my wife making her completely comfortable . I am normally very skeptical when car shopping because of the very nature of the business and reputation attached to the employees. Not this time. Wayne was knowledgeable and not over-bearing. It was a pleasure to do business with him and I would have no problem recommending him and Bredemann to anyone.

The thought of buying a new car was one that we were not looking forward to. But I am pleased to say that dealing with Paul made the experience almost fun. We had previously been to two other Lexus dealerships before going to Bredemann, and we were not impressed with how we were treated or the prices we received. Paul was extreamly knowledgeable and patient, and was not the arm twisting car salesman that one normally invisions.
