I had owned my Lexus LX 450 for 15 years (it was a 1997) bought at 2 years old. I have received excellent service for all of that time - primarily with Jeff Kaddatz as my service consultant. Throughout the years I have also worked with some of the above indicated personnel. All have been very professional and excellent! When it came time for a new car - how could I change brands with such excellent experiences @ Lexus. Jim Dyra was amazing -- professional, thorough and so very competent. He left no stone unturned seeing that I understood my new car (RX350) with all of the new bells & whistles. Taking so much time to make certain that I was comfortable with all of the new equipment. My experience was amazing. Brian Larsen sealed the deal with all of the financial information. All in all, the Lexus employees are unbeatable!!!

I just bought my first Lexus this week. My experience working with our saleswoman Sue was excellent. She answered every question I had and presented many options for me to consider. She was knowledgeable and low key and I didn't feel pressured about a thing. After explaining all the new features in the LexusRx350 that I was considering she took me on a test drive so I could experience them for myself. after purchasing the car she gave me a complete tutorial inside my car and helped me set up my navigation system and radio stations which are only a few features a my new car. She also said I could call her any time to set up more tutorials if I need them. I have purchased at least 7 cars in my lifetime and this has been by far the most pleasurable and satisfying experience of them all.
