Excellent overall experience! Maintenance was complete in a quality manner, on time, and at the price quoted. Malinda kept me posted on status and other findings. Field’s has maintained the Lexus high standards since taking over the dealership.

Great service advisor
I came in for a scheduled oil change and was happy to see Marvin. I always head to his desk when I see him. As usual, Marvin was kind, explained how long it would take and gave me an estimate. Kevin helped me after the work was done. He, too, was professional and down-to-earth. Thank you for your hard work and kindness.

Great continued experience w Fields Lexus service
Very smooth experience on the website to schedule the service. Fields Lexus picked up the car and then dropped it off after the service. We have worked with Malinda there for years now and she is outstanding at keeping informed of updates via text. Overall continues to be a great experience!
