Howard (Tech) was incredibly helpful in educating us
Howard (Tech) was incredibly helpful in educating us about all the technical aspects of our new SUV. He was able to explain through demonstration, as well as clear & concise explanation, how the Lexus system functions & enhances safety, drivability & comfort. It's a fairly complicated system, so it's nice to have this support, now & in the future (if needed!).

Great Service Team, great facility
Have been going to this dealership since my parents bought their cars in high school, and I now bring my personal vehicle here as well. I work with Malinda every time I bring my car in for service. She always does a good job of explaining what needs to be done at the time, and helps me with anything else I may need for the car outside of maintenance. The mechanics do a great job servicing the car. No issues whatsoever. Work is usually done within the estimate they give unless new problems are found. Overall great experience and highly recommended. For the facility, it has always been a nice dealership. They recently upgraded the building, and now they have a cafe again while you wait for service. You can have breakfast or lunch while you wait!
