I found everyone at the agency very helpful. Bianca was fine, as were the others. Iam a senior and, like many my advanced age, I have problems with technology. Sitting in the waiting room, another Senior complained about the texting of our auto problems. While my service rep was available and very helpful, a text with a few words and a graph does not tell me how urgent the problem is, the pricing of the tire, parts, labor or repair. I still think personal contact is THE best, especially if the customer is waiting. The staff was fine, the method of information was not. People need to be able to communicate with each other.

Best new car buying experience I have ever had. I tend to keep my cars a long time just because I dread the new car buying experience. But not this time! Keith was able to get me exactly what I wanted. Arlind made the paperwork part painless and Howard (the technology guy) was the best. He is even coming to the house to get the garage door opener to work with the car. I could not have asked for a better experience from beginning to end!

Joe Salgan really made the process friendly and easy. He was straight up and transparent about pricing and the process. I highly recommend asking for Joe, if you visit to look at new cars. After the purchase, Howard Meron gave us a thorough review of the technology in the car. He spent as much time with us showing the app and the car, helping us pair our phones, let us walk through touching everything so that we understand how to work this computer on wheels! I highly recommend purchasing from this Lexus dealer, even if it is a drive past other dealers. Ask for Joe and Howard. You will not be disappointed.

A good worker
Jesse Quintana was very professional. Answered all my questions and gave good advice. He deserves a raise and Fields Lexus Glenview should give that when one like Jesse does this. It’s more than just doing your job and that should be recognized. Would be more than happy to talk with the owner if that is necessary. Hopefully, however, it should be an easy decision. So, do it.
