Just had a terrible experience getting service for my car. They were not responsive or helpful. The check in agent was worthless.

I did call the service director after three days and he did try to sort it out. The check in agent never reached out and the service director made insufficient excuses for why things were handled poorly. All in all, a very negative experience.

Fields Lexus is the dealership to lease/purchase.

I would recommend anyone interested in buying/leasing a Lexus to go to Field’s Lexus in Glenview. Dave was excellent in leasing me a 2022 ES350 style. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable & thorough. He answered all my questions. Howard the technician specialist was superb. Steve also helped in the process. He was also very polite & knowledgeable. Arlen in finances was terrific. All in all a great experience.

As always excellent service starting from the arrival. Very detail check up of the car operational problems. In few hours the car was ready for pick up, washed and all the problems were explained. Thank to the team.

Service was great and Malinda followed up on everything. What a great service rep. Anthony helped with updates on vehicles. I did not buy my Lexus here, but this is where I would buy my next auto. Courteous, and aimed to please. Kudos to Fields Glenview.

Great, thorough service

Went in for a 60k mile service. Received text messages leading up to my appointment and was told since it was a longer appointment that a loaner car would be available should I need one. Very appreciative of this. Dropped my car off first thing to Malinda who texted throughout the day with a status and problems found. The service was completed in a fair amount of time. Been a customer of this location since 2007 and plan to continue for years to come.

My wife and I are very satisfied with Nate Boma, the sales consultant who helped us with our recent purchase of our new UX250H. He dealt with us very professionally, and was never pushy at any point during the process, as we had experienced in the past with other dealers’ sales consultants. He introduced us to their product specialist, Howard Meron, who is super friendly, knowledgeable and was a huge help with us getting to know our car, after it’s purchase. This service was new to us, as this service is not offered to customers with other dealerships. We are most satisfied with Fields Lexus and look forward to an ongoing professional relationship with Nate and Howard in the future!
