Fields Lexus Glenview

I have been a customer since 1995, the service is alway's excellent and professional. The dealership is alway's neat and clean. Marvin explains the 'work that nead's to be done, after the tech does his inspection.

Good morning everybody at the fields Lexis were amazing they were sofa helpful with explaining everything about the new car and I will recommend you always thank you so much.

Fields is such a superb dealership. Their service is second to none. I was looking to buy a used Lexus RX350 for over two weeks. I went to one dealership in Gurnee, Bob Rohrman where the salesman refused to write me an invoice with the total price of the car then also refused to have me take the car for a repurchase inspection stating that the same reason I don't trust to buy the SUV without inspection is the same reason they don't trust the mechanic I would have inspect it. Needless to say, I walked away. At Fields Lexus in Glenview, Keith the Salesman person answered my questions and allowed me to take the SUV for a test drive on my own and told me I could drive it as far as I wanted. He also allowed me to take the care for a repurchase inspection to my usual service center. The whole transaction was transparent: he presented me with the sales invoice with the total cost and I didn't have to beg! I had my previous SUV serviced at another Fields but I have to say, the service at Fields is superior.

HOWARD WELCOMED MY QUESTIONS AND ASSURED ME THAT I COULD CALL HIM WITH ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING ALL OF THE NEW GADGETS ON MY CAR. WHAT A TREAT HAVING ACCESS TO SUCH A KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY INDIVIDUAL. THANK YOU KEITH AND HOWARD!!!!!!!

David Qian is great to work with. He is professional and hard working, always returning calls and making sure everything is handled. I definitely ended up with the right car for me. Howard, the tech guru, is also professional and very helpful. He preset my audio for me and it’s perfect. He’s patient, very clear in his instructions, and knows what’s important and what’s not. Both were a pleasure to work with.
