The only hiccup was I had to return to get my 10% coupon to have it redeemed. My service advisor did not take the 10% off

Service and attention to detail on the service was...
Service and attention to detail on the service was excellent. Was disappointed with the car wash. Only drivers side of the car was vacuumed. Bird poop on front windshield was not cleaned. The interior of the car was not wiped down. I've started going to Fields BMW on Frontage Rd. for car wash since Fields took over my dealership.

Keith and Howard were fantastic. Keith was with me every step of the way. Howard took the time to demonstrate the features of my car and to insure that I knew what I was doing.
