Pathetic experience with used car
I bought Nissan Rogue here. They performed 25 point inspection but did not inform or explain the work vehicle required which cost additional amount within 6 months. It took weeks to get an appointment because everytime they make you feel you bought used car and not new one. moreover one of their guy even argued constantly rather than providing a solution. Won’t recommend this dealer for used cars.

We are sorry you feel this way. We did indeed replace the front brakes before you ever came in to see the vehicle, and also tested the front and rear brakes before you took delivery of the vehicle and they measured within the safety requirements for brake wear. Front brakes on the Rogue would wear faster than rear brakes, so coming into our dealership six months after your purchased the vehicle, demanding free rear brakes after you drove the vehicle for six months (wearing the brakes down), and loudly threatening us in front of our clients is not acceptable. We wish you luck.
Best Dealer I Have Ever Done Business With
My first experience with Bredemann Lexus was in 2015 when I bought a 2015 ES 350. Howard Meron. took care of me. I was totally impressed with the experience. I recently bought a 2018 factory certified RX 350 from Howard. As usual, Howard went beyond the call. He was fair, honest and gave me as much training on the car's technology as I could absorb. He then invited me to come back for additional training whenever I wanted. Howard actually offered to come out to my house to program my garage door with the remote built into the car. I am 72 years old and have never experienced such a good experience with an auto dealer. On the business end, I dealt with Mike Shparago. What a totally pleasant person. He was very patient as he walked me through the forms I needed to sign as well as the extended warranty options, directing me to the best option for my situation. It felt like Mike was working for me as much as the dealership. And, BTW, the free exterior and interior care washes at Bredemann are the best!
