Bought vehicle 29 July 2025 from overseas as I'm in the

Bought vehicle 29 July 2025 from overseas as I'm in the UK with the military. The odometer and sales receipt showed one mileage; yet when my transport picked it up on 19 Aug it was over 150 miles more. Dealer gave several conflicting reasons for the added mileage and has not provided a written explanation nor apology, despite my requests. Fuel levels indicate the car was driven 15–17 Aug while in their custody. Several items sold with the car are missing or defective (advantage kit not provided, no floor mats, only one key, mirrors don’t fold, oil life 50%, stability control error, air suspension leaking). Multiple staff told me “these things happen” and refused to help, along with the GM avoiding my calls, emails, and voice mails. Unsatisfied and would not recommend.

Worst Dealership ever!

Worst Dealership ever! I currently have a loan on a vehicle I did not purchase through this dealership and have been trying for 10 days to get them to reverse the financing since I never took possession of the vehicle. It was sold and not even on the lot when I went to pick it up, so not sure how I financed it. Then found out it had severe hail damage that was not disclosed when I specifically asked. When I call and ask for a manager, they are rude and hang up on me

Bait and switch along with very deceptive business

Bait and switch along with very deceptive business practices. We came to a deal and I rented a vehicle to drive from out of state to purchase a new truck only to find out their "out the door price" didnt include taxes. Not sure where else you can go in America to purchase vehicle without taxes?! Upon discovery I was told I need to learn how to read. Stay away at all cost. Very disappointed and a gross waste of my time along with insane lack of respect.

Worst dealership ever.

Worst dealership ever. Go anywhere else. These people are awful- from snake oil sales folks to the anti-service department. They shouldn’t be running a lemonade stand. Service department will leave you without a vehicle for weeks while they lie to you about why your vehicle didn't get repaired when they said it would. Ask for the service manager and you will get ghosted. Avoid this dealership unless your a masochist.

I can't say enough good things about Brogan!

I can't say enough good things about Brogan! He went out of his way to take us on several test drives and was very professional, easy-going and very patient. I recommend you ask for him if you are wanting to purchase a vehicle.

I had multiple people reach out to me from this

I had multiple people reach out to me from this dealership telling me a particular salesperson would be contacting me. He did so via text and I wanted to purchase a vehicle they had. We texted multiple times about the vehicle. I eventually asked if the price listed was their lowest price. 24 hours and no response. I asked again…. Still no response. I received a follow up from another person making sure I had been taken care of. I told them about my experience and was told I would be contacted. That was over a week ago and still no response. Serious buyers should not waste their time with Don Jackson CDJR North.

Stay away from this place.

Stay away from this place. My son, his wife, and their one-year-old baby were stranded in the middle of a storm with a car we bought from this place less than a month ago. The mechanic told us that the transmission was altered to last for a couple of weeks, but that it was faulty. Now my young son and his family have no vehicle and no money to repair the car they bought with so much effort. They are frankly desperate, and the dealer washed his hands of them without any compassion—pure evil.
