Red Sport

Malik and Tim got me in the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. They were fair on assessment of my trade in also. Staff was always available whenever I had questions and acted in a very professional manner. I will continue to do business with Hoffman Infiniti in the future.

I love Infiniti of Hoffman Estates!

My experience at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates couldn't have been better. My salesperson Irwin was super friendly and very helpful answering my questions, and then Malik the sales manager and Irwin offered me a lease deal that still blows my mind and immediately put Lexus out of the picture. Ryan took me through the lease financing process without any hitches and I drove away in my new Q50 3.0t Premium in less than 2 hours after arriving. I've been recommending Infiniti of Hoffman Estates to my family and friends and anyone else who will listen ever since.

Dishonest Business and Dishonest Salesman

We called and talked to Tim McLean on the phone. We asked him if there were any defects with the car, as we were driving in from 4 hours away. He said there were no defects and that the car was in perfect condition and fully checked out and certified by a third party. When we get there (after driving for 4 hrs) we take one look at the car and see a HUGE dent in the drivers side. He said he "missed that". 1.) There is no way he could "miss that" 2.) There is no way a third party could "miss that". He is dishonest. There is no other explanation. He then continued to make the situation worse by LOW-BALLING me on the trade-in price of my car. I told him I was offered $3500 more by 2 other dealers. (Quite honestly my car was in better condition than the one he had for sale). So I wasted an entire day driving to this dealership to look at a car, at a dishonest dealership, with a dishonest salesman. So I left and went 10 miles down the road and traded my car for $3500 more than what he offered me and got a MUCH BETTER car. So "thank you" Tim for being such a dishonest jerk. It worked out better for me.

Slimy used car dealer experience - stay away

This is was for a barely used BMW X1. I made the trip in from Chicago, and at first they were reasonably friendly and nice. Then it turned extremely dishonest and horrible. I started getting whiffs of sliminess along the way - Why were only 2 tires replaced and not four? Why did the ad say there was the upgraded Harmon Kardon stereo system, but it's not there? Why is the check engine light on? Why does the "manager" have to come and sit down and ask me if I will buy the car when I clearly stated from the beginning I was there to look at it? Beyond the general sliminess, there were several straight-up lies that I uncovered: - Marcin, the manager, looked up the BMW Vin and told me the MSRP was $46k. I got suspicious when he "couldn't" print the spec sheet. I phoned a friend at a BMW dealership later that night who printed it out for me at $41k. So this wasn't a mistake or incompetence, this was straight up lying. - Walt printed out a KBB "fair market value" for the car and handed it to me. He touted how they were asking $6k under fair market value, so I should buy the car quickly. When I took the sheet home and examined it, they filled it with options that were NOT on the car that inflated the value. They listed many, many things that the car simply did not have. - I told them to go to xxxx. The "big boss" then called me a day later and apologized...sort of. He led with, "How can we win your business back?" I felt like I needed a shower to wash the slime off. I went in as a friendly, trusting guy, and 24 hours later would not get near them with a 10 foot pole. I ended up buying a BMW from the ultra-professional and friendly folks at Bansey BMW in South Bend. I hope this helps someone. Daniel

Great experience for an out of state buyer

I recently purchased a BMW Alpina B7 from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. Being an out of state buyer, I was a little hesitant to purchase a high end car from a dealer site unseen. Rick did a great job of answering any questions that I had on the car, and gave me an honest assessment of the vehicle. He walked the car with me multiple times and sent me lots of pictures, and videos. The car was as advertised, but there were some wheel key locks missing upon arrival. Infiniti Hoffman Estates reimbursed me for the replacement lock and keys, which was awesome considering the deal had been done, and nothing was owed. All in all they were easy to work with, honest, and they went above and beyond to honor their word.

Great Buying Experience

Our salesperson, Dodie Manaloto, was great. He had a ton of information for us, and was very patient and responsive with all of our questions. He steered us to a 2013 BMW X1 with low miles, great features, and a great price. We will definitely be back for our next car. Motor Werks made buying a car fun!

First time buyer

My daughter was looking to purchase her first car. She found one she wanted from Infiniti Motors. We had several phone conversations with Atanas. By far this is the best sales professional I have ever dealt with. He never pressured us to purchase the car. He was pleasant & had full knowledge of the car she wanted. He even took the time to show us how to set up the bluetooth. If your looking for a car I would definitely recommend Atanas.
