Absolute great experience. I inquired on a vehicle that I saw online and had an immediate friendly response from the manager, Marcin. He was very open and welcoming to my inquiry. Shortly thereafter the salesman Dodie contacted me. I had several questions for him and he responded well after hours. We worked out a time to come look at the car and when I pulled into the lot Dodie was there with a warm welcome and a smile on his face. He had the car started and warmed up and ready to test drive. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and all of it's features. He was also very easy to talk to and allowed me to relax and enjoy the test drive. I had time to drive for more than a few minutes to get a good feel for the vehicle. After the test drive I was very interested in purchasing. We discussed all the details and were to the point of discussing financing. I was introduce to Ryan the Finance Manager. He discussed what I was looking for and came back with a great finance rate for me. Also very personable and easy to work with. I was also introduced to Andrew Richter who provided me quotes for insurance as a courtesy. It turns out that the rates I was quoted are much better than what I am currently paying. Glad he stopped by. We have been talking details and I'm ready to switch. All and all great team at Infinity in Hoffman Estates. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family!

I don't normally write reviews online, but after working with Tarlan Aliev I figured I should. I visited Infiniti of Hoffman Estates prepared to do the standard car purchasing wrestling match. This experience was completely opposite of what i was expecting. I went in to look at a used vehicle and Tarlan was great from the start. He was very thorough in his explanation of the pricing of the vehicle and the offer on my trade in. On my first visit I decided I wanted to do more research on the deal and Tarlan was not pushy at all. He introduced me to his manager, Marcin who was just as relaxed about the deal and asked what else they could do to make the deal more appealing. When I said I wanted to do more research, they were extremely understanding and let me leave without feeling like I had been through the ringer. I did my research and found other vehicles within my price range, but I felt very comfortable working with Tarlan and his team. I decided to purchase the vehicle from Tarlan 2 days later, and again the visit was outstanding. From Tarlan's attentiveness to my wants and budget down to the quickness and comfort of the finance department, I would recommend buying a car from Tarlan and Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. It was by far the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. Thanks Tarlan!

We would buy a 2012 MERCEDES GL 450 to Infiniti Hoffman at a price of $24777 (VIN: 4JGBF7BE0CA783839). The first Salesman explained that there is a small problem with the trunk actuator which does not work. We try to negotiate the price regarding this problem. The Salesman discounted the vehicle of $1200 but forgot to tell us that there was a problem with the engine (check engine light) until we ask him regarding the light. He refused at the beginning to diagnose the problem while Mercedes Hoffman is part of the same entity and a diagnostic is easy and at no cost for them. Finally, the salesman accepted to perform the diagnostic but he returned with a handwritten paper and refused to provide us an official repair quote from Mercedes explaining that the problem was not serious and he cannot give us an official repair quote because it is too expensive (even if we propose him to pay for that). We cannot trust with Motorwerks Infiniti knowing they are not transparent (additionally automatic mirrors were broken and they forgot to tell it) and we did not understand how a dealership could sell car with such conditions. Salesman were not serious and honest on the state of the car. Additionally they explained us that the car will go to the wholesale market if we don't buy the car the same day and the car is still on sale on their website. I highly recommend if you are looking to do business with an serious and ethical dealership who is focused on customer service you DO NOT go to Motorwerks Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. When I will buy my car i will NOT be consider this dealership at all.
