I called the dealership about a BMW listed for sale on an internet site. I called back on a Saturday and asked if the car could be moved inside so I could look at it out of the cold weather. When I arrived the car was in a very nice inside garage for car viewing. The car was all cleaned up and the snow removed from that days snow storm. They gave me a price on the car and it did not quite where I was hoping to be. I left with no pressure on me to purchase. When I decided the following week it was the car first on my list, I called and asked to speak to a manager. Rick Ayash took my call and asked where I needed to be. He didn't get all the way to where I needed but was close enough and the deal was done over the phone. All paper work was ready for me and car was prepared already also. Rick could not have been nicer, and have even received follow up calls to make sure I was satisfied with the car. Great dealership!!!

The dealership didn't really budge much on a used M3, but the price was fair enough so I ended up taking it since it was what I was looking for. Sales guy was nice, but head of sales was fairly blunt, which isn't necessarily bad for what it's worth.

I brought a QX80 from HEI and from Tarlan. We went back and forth over the 56 vs.80. He was very knowledgeable about both cars and provided insight for me. I was also looking at others Infiniti dealers, not once did Tarlan or Rick bad mouth them. I really appreciate that, nor dId the other dealer bad mouth HEI. They followed up with me for a couple of days until I was ready to buy. Ryan did a great job during the financing and provideo me with great information. Great experience overall. I will recommend this dealership to others.

He assisted in the selection of options and colors, and upon delivery, showed us how all the bells and whistles worked. His dedication and professionalism keep us coming back to this dealership.
