Excellent overall experience

Walt was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire car buying experience. He always took the time to walk us through the features of the car as well as the process. I would definitely work with Walt again on my next purchase!

Well worth the wait!!

Happy Ending!!!! My car shopping experience was getting me down. I had been looking for weeks, in and out of so many dealerships, test driving multiple models. My last stop was Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. There, I found it!! The vehicle I wanted to have. My luck was--l wanted that Midnight Garnet, and it wasn't to be found. Andrew and Paul told me not to worry-they'd find it. And they did. Andrew was super through that whole process, keeping me informed as to where they were on the search. Finally, it arrived. The final phase of making the deal with Andrew and Paul, doing the paper work with Ryan, as they said I did have to pay for it, finalizing those last few touches for extra care of the vehicle with Nina, to Andrew's thorough instruction on how to operate it before I pulled out of the dealership--was a FANTASTIC experience!! Receiving a follow-up call from Rick, the GM, to thank me for my business, well who does that?? These guys do!! I highly recommend you give them a visit for your next vehicle search.

Friendly and Professional Ronnie Brazier and Paul Balice

No pressure, very kind and very helpful to get my new car. Ronnie was very knowledgeable and gave us a great buying experience. With Paul , relaxing experience to get the deal done. Highly recommendation for Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. Of course not forgetting Nina Gewargis final touch for the car buying.

Very helpful Tim McLeant

I was searching for a MB ML 350 and Tim was extremely helpful, searching through a huge inventory of MB to find the perfect one for me! Thank you Tim, when we replace my wife's auto I will certainly call you!

We recently leased the 2015, Q50 and had a very pleasant experience at this Dealership. My wife and I are completely satisfied with our experience with Andrew Richter. Andrew is a thorough professional, very patient, polite and knowledgeable. He gave us a great deal and was extremely helpful through the entire process. He also gave us suggestions and his advice on leasing vs buying, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. He is awesome and extremely easy to work with. We recommend Andrew to anyone we know wanting to lease/buy a car and we will definitely come back to him again when we are looking to make another deal. Also very friendly dealership, great staff, would definitely recommend.

Helpful and knowledgable

We recently brought a new car at Infinity in Hoffman Estates, IL and I have to say they our sales person Trisha Drummond was very nice, knowledgable, and helped us get the car we were looking for. Rick Ayasha the General Manager was very helpful in locating our SUV for us and getting it to the dealership within days. He also worked with us on our trade in so we didn't have to go to Carmax and deal with that. We were very happy with the service we received all around with everyone that we dealt with at the dealership and I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Great service

I went in to look at a used car that wasn't an Infiniti, even though I wasn't buying a more expensive car every employee I interacted with treated me like any other customer. It was a very busy day and I was constantly offered snacks and drinks and everyone apologized for the wait, which didn't bother me. Everyone I worked with was patient and friendly and helped me out.
