Poor used car
Bought a used car from Hoffman facility. The front seat had a stain on the leather which they fixed but it came back after 2 weeks. They would not return calls and totally shunned the problem--its still not fixed. The Barrington Infiniti dealership is wonderful to work with by the way

Had a great experience working with Walt for my recent Infiniti purchase! Excellent Experience
Me and my wife leased Infinity QX50 AWD on August 30, 2016. We had very pleasant experience. Starting with the receptionist to all the way to manager, they all treated us like one of their own. They all were ready to help us on any questions we had. Besides providing excellent service, they gave us very competitive rates. I would strongly recommend the dealer for your need.

1st visit to see New Infiniti Q60
I was waiting 6 months plus for the NEW Infiniti Q60 to come out. It never came to the Chicago Auto Show I was ever disappointed. So as soon as I found that Infiniti of Hoffman Estates had one. I went and checked it out. I walked in and I met a great knowledgeable salesman David Coulson. He said are you interest in anything particular I said yes the Q60 he brought me right to it first sight I already was in love. David was explaining the ins and outs of the car. He answered all my questions that I could remember to ask. Then we went for a ride and let me tell you it was an unbelievable ride. Not only is it quick, it very comfortable/smooth, yet quiet with a nice exhaust note. Unfortunately, I did not buy the car since it is out of my budget for this year, but next year I will visit David and I will sacrifice my vacation to get my car. One major thing I like was that David was not forcing or pushing me to buy the car. Furthermore, the dealership looks and felt comfortable. I truly recommend this dealership for buying a vehicle. Incredible buying experience
'd been poking around on the Internet for weeks and sent an inquiry to this dealership about a '14 QX80. Walt called and we talked and the car was still available. We agreed to meet on Saturday and I arrived at 315p. My children had plans, so I needed to be home by 6p. We went for a test drive and I fell in love! Walt answered all my questions (not your typical hard sell salesman) When we returned, I met the GM Rick, "How did you like the car?" he asked. "I said it's beautiful, but I don't think I'm ready to pull the trigger because I have to be home by 6p." He said. "Palatine is what, 30 minutes away? Yes. Let's make a deal then." They were so warm and inviting. After a quick chat with Rick, they introduced me to Mike, the Finance Manager - that man is a miracle worker! Saved me about $150 per month over the original price. By 530pm I was in the car, setting the preset radio stations and drove on home. You guys ROCK and I would recommend you to anyone! Thanks so much - me and the kids LOVE the car - though with that wheat interior, I make them wash their hands before they get in :-)
