Excellent Salesman

Bought my first car from Alex! He was an excellent sales consultant, called me in the morning and was ready to do buisness when I got there. Cut to the chase and sold me my first car. Highly recommend!

Good deal and Superlative Customer Service

Sales team of Nina & Atanas helped us select the best match for our needs. The whole purchasing experience was outstanding. Ryan in Finance was a pleasure to work with and made closing very easy.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE, VALUE, CONSULTANTS

I would have a hard time considering any other sales team/Dealer than Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. Joel Gappa and Marcin Cybulak were aggressive listeners understanding my needs and wants in a vehicle which they delivered. The Hoffman team works in collaboration and as consultants, no pressure tactics, delivering value per my needs. Gappa knows these cars inside and out and takes the time, staying late to on board me with all of the new techy options and overall operations of the vehicle, bells and whistles. I got a great deal, value, service from Joel, to Marcin, Nina and closing with Ryan Martin. Great experience, 100% pleased.

My Glam team Nina and Joel. Awesome pair professional friendly on top of things Nina thank you so much for taking care of the little extras with my vehicle I love my car it's definitely an eye-catcher. Joel you rock I don't think I really ever came in to actually look at a car you've been my eyes appreciate you for that you guys are awesome at this location and I will always continue to do business with you for the next however many years I continue purchasing vehicles

Amazing Service provided..

Amazing Experience... Totally loved it... The sales person Walt is great and very helpful, he did not over commit anything... Also he did not put me in grey area about the availability of the color or packages on QX60. Sales Manager Paul is also an awesome guy, gave me a great deal(beat the deal given by another dealership). The insurance help is also provided, they review my current insurance and helped me in getting even more coverages in less price. Totally worth it.

good experience

Joel did a very nice job selling us the Infiniti we bought. He followed up, but didn't hammer my phone. He didn't push us into anything, was pretty easy going, and we received a fair deal. He definitely knows his stuff about the cars if you want to hear about the features. Also, the car was nicely detailed when we picked it up and they gave us a similar car to use while that was being done. My wife and I brought our newborn with and that didnt seem to bother anyone which is nice. Thanks, Joel

New car purchase

We were steered to this dealership through the Costco car program. Our sales rep Triisha Drummond was available to meet with us on a Sat. morning and was very helpful in explaining option packages and features/ benefits. They were able to locate the car we we interested in (QX50) the following week and had it available for pick up the following Sat. We had opted to add window tinting and the protection plan and between Trisha and Nina Gerwargis they were able to get those scheduled in a timely manner. Sales Manager Paul Balice and Mike Smalley in Finance made everything come together smoothly and quickly.

Excellent experience here

I purchased a car at this dealership today and it was a great experience. I have been shopping for cars for a few months and was beginning to get frustrated with other dealers wasting my time- bait and switch tactics, no follow-thru, lack of professionalism, etc. I took a chance and drove quite a distance from where I live (Morton Grove) and happened to find the perfect car at a great price. The employees here go out of their way to make you comfortable. My salesperson Alex impressed me from the start by quickly responding to my online inquiry. Upon my arrival, he was there to greet me and car was ready for me to do a test drive. The car was exactly what it was advertised to be and I was sold. I waited a few hours and went back to back my purchase with total confidence. Thanks to this first class dealership I have a great car for years to come!

Beautiful people excellent service

My experience here started as a internet inquiry, I saw a vehicle that caught my eye and after viewing it I immediately contacted the dealer. Since my internet shopping were after business hours I figured someone would contact me within the next couple days. Well to my surprise a wonderful salesman named Bryce emailed me immediately. I explained to him that I was an hour and a half away from the establishment and that when I come in I needed the service to be expedited because of work scheduling. Throughout much of the process because I couldn't get there right away Bryce made me feel very comfortable as we dealt over the phone and Internet. When I finally made it in to the dealership the service took a step up a notch the face to face kindness and professionalism was unmatched to any other service team I have met yet in car buying. Rick Ayash handled my deal with the skill of a craftsman with a deal I couldn't refuse, and even contacted me a week earlier to let me know I had a spare key on the way. Although I live in an entirely different state I plan on being a return customer at Infiniti of Hoffman.
