I have found a vehicle I was interested in online and I was glad to see that the dealership selling it was just a few miles from my home. The salesperson, Geno made my purchasing experience pleasant and I felt at ease. That was the first time that I was not stressed out buying a car in 35 years. Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of.

After viewing a few models I came across a vehicle being sold at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates, it was a used Honda Accord Crosstour EX-L. Walter Watts Sales Consultant was great. He reached out to me immediately and informed me the vehicle I was interested in was still available. He kept me updated with the status as it took me a few days to get in. Once I arrived he had the vehicle ready for me to inspect and test drive. Of course I choose the first day of a big snow storm in Chicago and well was very surprise on how well the car handled during the test drive and great time to do it. The vehicle was in great condition and with low MILES! After the test drive Walter brought me back to his office and we were able to come to a deal. Nina Gewargis was able to give me information on paint protection plans which I decided to purchase. Financing Manager Ryan Durso was so helpful and he was able to provide me with a great warranty program and additional services at a good price. As of now I love my new car.
