Unexpected Buy

Exceeded expectations

Bought a Q 70 L Tony helped me from start to finish. Even helped me and put my iPhone data into the nav system. I would recommend working with Tony and this dealership to anyone. Great experience.

Used Vehicle Purchase

Walt Watts was a pleasure to work with! From our initial e-mail inquiry and throughout the purchase process. Walt is very knowledgeable as well as thorough on his follow through. The car we purchased needed floor mats and an owners manual and Walt promptly secured both. This was the easiest car purchase we have ever experienced.

How EVERY dealership experience should be

I just want to comment about the A+++ quality of my sales experience at the dealership. it started with an email inquiry from me, and was promptly handled by their people. Everyone was courteous, and swift with the responses! From the very beginning you could tell they cared and wanted to help in any way possible. Not just hounding me to stop in. So, by the time i got there, i knew i wanted the car and they helped me make it happen. Took a minimal amount of my time and we were able to reach a deal quickly. Thank you Joel and Randy! I was buying a car as a surprise to my wife and it was easy with their help. i highly recommend working with Joel. His style was give me the info, let me drive the car and come back if i wanted to buy it. So i did. Car sold itself and he made everything else along with that experience fun and easy! i wont ask for anyone else. Randy was very open and negotiable, and we were able to meet on price quickly. When we we done with paperwork, the car was detailed, beautiful. Waiting to drive out. Love the car, love the experience, thanks everyone at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates!

Great Experience

Great Car Buying Experience

Walt was a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I agree this was probably the best car buying experience we have ever had. Walt's laid back and low pressure style really makes you feel at ease. The rest of the folks at the dealership made sure the car was clean, fueled up and ready for us to hit the road! Great job!

Oil change took to long.....

Went in for an oil change one morning. I was told that it will take about little over an hour to change the oil so I chose to do it. Turned the keys to a service guy at exactly 9:30am. Went to a lounge or waiting room and waited and waited and waited.... At 1040am or so, same employee comes back and says that while he goes and gets the car, I should settle my bill if I wish to. It was good idea so why not. He comes back almost 15 minutes later and says that they are washing the car and it should be here shortly. He brought the car back at 11:15am. So it took 105 minutes to change oil only....really!!! Everything else was great....
