INFINITI of Hoffman Estates

My family and I were in the Chicago area visiting on a summer vacation trip from Kansas City. We decided to look at the Infiniti QX56 because Chicago had a larger selection. Walt was our salesman and he was great to work with. He provided excellent service and I recommend him highly. All car salespeople are not created equally. After receiving poor customer service, I spoke to Walt who took the time to answer all my questions and was able to find the perfect car to match my budget. This was my second purchase from Walt, the first one I rated at 100 out of 100, and this one was no different. if there was a higher grade mark I would give it to him. All my current and former dealings were stress and hassle free, absolutely no drama involved. Time is at a premium if you are shopping for an Infiniti vehicle and I am no different. Walt took me serious from day 1 and offered me "the vehicle" that I asked for, not a vehicle. I am glad I went back , these guys will have you in and out in no time. Walt knows what his .... job well and everything else falls in place. It is like a well oiled German machine, except it is the team at the Infinity of Hoffman Estates. I started communicating with Javier back in January. I knew what car I wanted but I had a few things I wanted to clear up as it related to my credit report. By June I was ready, but I had negative equity on my trade in. Javier worked hard with Rich to find a suitable resolve for my situation and made sure I got the car I wanted. I have always hated buying a car .This time it was different! My husband decided to trade in his car and purchase an SUV that would be my car. Deciding to check out an Infiniti was his first good decision. Choosing to go to Motor Werks in Hoffman Estates was the next one. Tony Guzman was our salesman. He was knowledgeable and patient. I felt free to ask questions and he answered each one kindly. When I drove the car, he explained the important features but did not bury me with unimportant facts. After we decided to purchase the car, Tony took us to speak with Ryan Durso. He made the purchase transaction extremely easy. My husband said he was the best car finance guy he had ever dealt with. We give 5 stars to both Tony Guzman and Ryan Durso. The first stop for our next car will surely be at Motor Werks Infiniti of Hoffman Estates.

This dealership sets the bar so high, other dealers may just want to give up trying and settle for second best. First, my sales consultant Joel Gappa was amazing. If you have the stereo-typical car salesman image when you think about dealerships, then you need to work with Joel, he will erase that image from your mind in short order. Joel was professional, patient and most of all he let me drive the decision making by asking me the right questions. Never for a moment did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. Unlike other car salesmen I have worked with in the past I got the feeling that Joel was on my time, not dealership "beat the clock" time. As for the crew at the dealership, each time I walked in I was greeted courteously by either an available rep, or the receptionist. Never was I set upon like I was wounded prey as I had experienced at other dealerships when I set out to pick a new car. .When I told them I was working with Joel, I wasn't just told where his office was and dismissed as a waste of their time, instead, each time I entered and told them I was looking for Joel I was escorted to his office or to where ever he was in the dealership. I was always offered a refreshment of some sort as well. This is a great team to work with, I highly recommend you shop here if you are looking for Infinity, Porsche, Mercedes Benz or BMW, the Motorwerks team has them all.
