5 Stars - Friendly, Efficient and Personalized Service
My experience was great! My salesperson was Eugene "Geno" Cabana who I highly recommend. We purchased a 2014 QX 80. Geno was able to answer all questions. I also had great experience working with Michael (for the trade-in), Kira (for service) and Nina (for the protection package). They are very easy to do business with and as I said in my title I received friendly, efficient and personalized service.

Great experience
I bought my 2007 G35X new from Hoffman and have been bringing it there for service ever since. Kira has helped me many of these times and has always been a pleasure to work with. She is very professional and is respective of any concerns I have. As I think about purchasing a new vehicle when it's time to retire my 2007, one of my largest considerations for buying another Infiniti will be because of the good experiences I have had at this dealer, primarily with Kira.

Be careful of this dealer
I bought a used JX35 from them. I was specific on some of the features I wanted on the car like heated steering and I checked with the seller that the car had these features before I made the purchase. The sales manager confirmed that the car had these features and he sold me on the advanced safety package that I would liked for my family. I brought the car based on this sales pitch. next day I went back for a demo of the features and they told me the car did not have any these features and the package they sold me. I asked to return the car so I could buy another one or install the features I wanted but the sales manager said this happens all the time. This was sold to me as a certified used but one month after buying it, I had to get the oil changed on the car. This should have been done as part of the inspection they sold me on. If you are buying from them be very careful in looking over all the details and don't trust their words. I am stuck with a very expensive car without the features I wanted to begin with.

Great Dealership to do business
When I arrived at Motor Werks I was not followed around or hounded as soon as I stepped out of the car. I looked around, even though I already knew what I was coming there for and then went inside and met Geno. He was very courteous and patient with us. I purchased a used 2013 Infinity and I love it. I have to say everyone I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure I got the best financing rate possible and left knowing my car would have everything I needed installed in it. I will be returning today to have the windows tinted, remote start and some scratches taken care of. Geno told us he would get back to us about bringing the vehicle in on Monday and he followed through. He called on Saturday and had everything already set up for us today. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Excellent experience
Working with Geno and Infiniti of Hoffman Estates was a great experience overall! Everyone I spoke with was incredibly accommodating and worked around my schedule (I needed to leave during the purchasing process to relieve our nanny). When I got there, the car I wanted to see was clean, pulled up, and ready. At other dealerships, I've had to wait for the salesperson to get keys/get the car pulled around and set for a test drive or wait for someone when I had a scheduled appointment. Geno was ready and waiting and had all of the specs prepared. I truly appreciated the additional time and energy he put into the process as a salesman--it was definitely a selling point on the car. Everyone at the dealership worked quickly and efficiently which was awesome! I would work with this dealer again in a heartbeat--I can't say enough great things, and I was at 6 or 7 different dealerships looking at cars during this process.
