Best salesman! Best manager!

It was my best experience with purchasing a vehicle in my life. I highly recommend Geno and Rich to people still looking for a car. It would be challenging to get a loan approved with my credit score, but they tried and tried, finally got me approved with good rate. Honest and very nice person to do business with.

Outstanding Experience

I could not have been more pleased with our new QX60, the dealership and Walt our sales rep. This is our second vehicle from Infiniti and it is a pleasure to drive. Walt was extremely helpful through the entire process. We were working with a competitive dealership that just did not seem to want to work with us or was too focused on a particular part of the transaction. It seemed to be more about them than the people they were working with. Walt on the other hand saw the end game. He treated us like we were important to him and the dealership. We were very pleased that everything came together seamlessly. I contribute that to Walt's efforts. It was the smoothest and easiest transaction ever. I would highly recommend Walt and the dealer group.

Purchased 2nd vehicle from Motorwerks Dealerships

Another great experience. 2nd time we have driven from Indianapolis, IN to purchase a gently used vehicle. The Motorwerks family of dealerships will not disappoint! When we arrived from our 4 hour drive with a one-way car rental, our 2015 Used Murano was washed, clean, and parked outside ready for pickup. Most of the paperwork was already completed so less than 1 hour at dealership. Our Salesman Tony Guzman did an excellent job.

Looking turned into buying!

What an amazing experience with a first class salesman and an outstanding vehicle. My wife and I were looking at different vehicles and had no intention on buying yet, first time in an Infiniti and everything changed. Anthony catered to all of our questions on the QX60 and has made this one of the best new car buying experiences we have had. To go beyond just the purchase, Anthony has continued to address all of our car needs and has shown why Infiniti of Hoffman Estates is a must stop for anyone in the market.

Great experience

I had a great experience buying my used G37 from Tony at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. Tony showed me the couple of cars I was interested in - I wasn't ready to buy on the spot and there was no pressure. I came back the next day after thinking it over and the process was easy, financing was quick, and follow-up has been really great. I love my car!

Cannot speak more highly of this dealership

I cannot be more satisfied with my Q50 Hybrid and the experience that I had purchasing it at Motorwerks Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. I had kept my eye on the specific car for about one week, and noticed that the price had dropped on a few occasions. I put in my information in the late evening of 6/2 and was promptly contacted by Javier Ortiz the following morning. I made an appointment to see the car that afternoon. Everything about the car was as described (READ: no surprises and flawless condition) and we went out on the test drive. I had done thorough research prior to visiting, so Javier was not pushy in the slightest. Rather, he was able to answer any questions that I had and further educate me in depth on the cars plentiful features. At the conclusion of the test drive, Javier suggested that we "put some numbers together." The car was already a fantastic deal, but I still was on the fence as to whether or not that I would purchase that day. Needless to say, after maybe 30 minutes of negotiation, I was signing papers for my new car. I could not be more thrilled with the price paid for the car or the price that they gave me for my Lexus. After participating in four vehicle purchases, this is the first time that I actually left the dealer without any desire for a better deal. Post-purchase experience has been great as well. One part of the deal was to have the windows tinted. Nina was quick to set that up, and I look forward to having them done this week. Javier has also followed up on two separate occasions to see how I was enjoying the car. Not necessary, but nice to see a departure from the typical salesman who goes cold turkey the minute the customer signs the papers. I thank Javier wholly for getting me in to my new car. The car had sold itself on the test drive, but Javier is credited for making it happen that day under great terms, and allowing me to leave with a smile on my face (a smile that reignites with each ignition start)!

Geno and Hoffman Infiniti/Great experience

Geno is the man. I have bought 3 cars from him, my Q50 sport just last week. Always works hard to make things as easy as possible. Even came to my house to pick up my M35x on my trade in. Would not use anyone else. Marcin also did a great good getting my deal done.
