Could Not Have Asked For A Better Experience-John Mcdonough

I have never been more pleased with service than my experience with John Mcdonough. He went the extra step on every aspect of my experience. I actually looked forward to dealing with the dealership because of him. Thank you for making my experience one that was great!

Great experience!

Rude person

I was refused to see financial departament to talk about warranty for my car. John Lee, who was not competent to help me, explained that he didn't understand me( and of course he couldn't because he is only sales assistant) so he couldn't help me. At last the financial manager decided to talked to me and help me with my matter..

Customer service like no other!

I have owned three Infiniti models now, and have a huge love for them. I drove an hour and a half from Milwaukee, WI to check out Hoffman Estates, and Walter was the first person to say hello when I walked in. We had previously communicated prior to me getting there, and he had the car ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived. Walter was extremely professional, courteous, and made the car buying process as smooth as possible. The only reason why I couldn't give my experience a 5 star is because we couldn't close the deal that day, and I'm not a fan of the "negotiating" process. Nevertheless, Walter was persistent in making sure he'd get me the best deal possible, and I after a few emails and phone calls a week later, I came back to him because he followed up on EVERYTHING he said he would! I love my new car, and his service was exceptional! I have already recommended a few of my friends to see him, and I when my wife is ready for her new car, we will be back to deal with Walter!

Awesome used car buying experience!

Just had an awesome used car buying experience with this dealership My Sales Consultant, Tony Guzman, was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met when I purchased a used Audi from him. He left no stone unturned when it came to taking care of all the little things my vehicle needed before delivery. He even went as far as taking the vehicle across the street to the Audi dealership to get the 45K mile service and a recall completed for me before I took delivery. Easily the best used car buying experience I've ever had! Brad also took the time to explain all the options available to me in terms of extended warranties and coverages offered and I left feeling good about the whole process. I'll definitely be back to purchase again from Tony/Brad in the future. Great work guys!

What are the odds?

I bought my M35 back in 2008 and had nothing but great experiences with teh team at Infiniti in Hoffman Estates. What I am writing about is even better.... My wife borrowed my car as I needed her truck for the day. Go figure, she gets a flat on I-90 right after RT31 toll plaza going toward Chicago. She calls me in a panic and several calls ensue.... As I am looking to find someone to get out there quickly to help her (I couldnt quickly), she calls me back. She tells me some guy from Infiniti stopped and changed her tire..... What are the odds? Thanks Tony....you have a returning customer for sure.

Lil help please

Though I live in the city and had purchased my 2010 Infiniti FX35 from a private seller, I happened to be driving by Infiniti of Hoffman Estates and pulled in to pick up floor mat clip, very simple and pleasant experience and simple to replace, easy peasy. I've had my car for a year and just enjoyed driving it so much that I didn't mind that I was having trouble figuring out the Bluetooth and and Navigation, so I stopped by the front desk and asked if somebody could give me an idea and point me in the right direction. Sales Consultant, Tony Guzman, was already holding the door open for me, as he said lets go to your car. We got in the car and in about 30 seconds, bluetooth was set up and I had navigation under control (the secret is just use the voice commands, she tells you everything, ha) Then Tony takes another 10 minutes showing me a bunch of other things on the car, that will come in handy. Though I felt a knucklehead not already knowing some of these things, Tony had the attitude like, no worries man. He knows his stuff thats for sure and loves his product. Good guy for sure. Was expecting a sales person, but found a partner instead!

After my first meeting with Javier, I knew that this is the gentleman that I would love working with. It took us a couple of months to finalize on the vehicle that we wanted to buy, and eventually purchased the QX60. Javier is very knowledgeable about Infinity vehicles, and would like to commend him for his professional and courteous dealings and guidance. Javier and Marcin worked out a price that we felt was fair and it was a wonderful "no pressure" car buying experience. I would recommend Javier to all my friends and family who need a new vehicle. My sincere hope, that this experience carries over to post purchase service quality experience as that is the true barometer for a car dealership.

"Read Negative Reviews Before You Buy"

Purchase extended warranty....cancel it. Thats when bad customer service started. Was told it will take up to 20 weeks from finance department. Read a negative review about the purchase of extended warranty-looks like I'm in for a fight. I will call warranty place myself.
