I was in the market to buy a CPO QX56. I checked the Infiniti CPO website and came across a few solid choices. The initial experience with Geno was good. I never have bought a car over the phone before, but Geno and his manager, Stuart, were very receptive to what I was looking for. They were very fair, and I have respect for that. I did not know what I was going to walk into when I showed up to the dealership, but was pleasantly surprised. Very painless, good teamwork between Geno and Javier (gave me a brief tutorial of the technology before I left the dealership). Geno also came in on his day off to make sure I was completely satisfied overall. I would recommend working with Geno and the team. Unfortunately I live in MN, and cannot utilize their service department.

I just purchased a vehicle yesterday and was very surprised by the quick process of my paperwork. They let me drive away in my new vehicle in a very short time. My salesman's name was Walter Watts and he has made my waiting time a bliss and also our test drive was great. He was very prompt and experienced in explaining all gadgets in the vehicle!! I also have to mention Brad Klages in financing who was very honest and to the point. I didn't expect this kind of pleasant atmosphere because this was my first time purchasing Infiniti. Unlike other dealerships I can highly recommend this one anytime and I would recommend Walter Watts without hesitation as a personal salesman. He is very friendly :) Both thumbs up. I would do this all over again!

I bought a 2011 Infiniti over the internet from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. The sale employee I worked with was Jon Boorom. This was a long distance purchase and Jon worked with me on every step of the transaction. They even went out of their way for me for delivery of the car. I test drove the Infiniti Q50 and sat down with Walter afterwards and had a hassle free, straight forward negotiation.
