This guy is a true professional. Charismatic, friendly, and super energetic. I walked into the dealer to see what they had to offer because I did not want my car anymore and wanted to trade it in and Joel greeted me at the door, walked me into his office and went over car by car with me till we found something I liked. He gave me time to bring my car in for an appraisal and followed up with me. I came back two days later and traded-in my car for a new 2013 G37x. Him and the sales manager Stu gave me a great deal on my trade-in and knew that i wanted to stick to a certain number with my primary concern being my total financed. Joel was a great, genuine guy and made sure he got me what I asked for. He personally took the time to show me the ins and outs of the car I bought and helped me get everything set-up. Went in to look for a car and John Lee took care of us from start to finish. John went out of his way to get what we wanted. He was very accommodating taking the time to take us on a test drive on several vehicles. When we finally narrowed it down we were never pressured into buying. The sales manager Marcin was great with the negotiations it was all spelled out to us and well presented. Overall I was very satisfied and would definitely buy another car from Infinity of Hoffman Estates. First class all the way!

The salesperson Geno was very attentive and patient with my need to find a specific car. Rich the manager found the car I wanted and was very professional in handling the deal. I just dealt with service for the first time because I am getting a remote starter installed and Jason who I met with was also very accomodating. You can tell they care about making the customer happy and not just trying to sell you a car and then you never hear from them.

As an Infiniti owner for 20 years now (J30, G20, 3 differnet Q45's) ~ I was looking for a new car and feel that the process should be enjoyable and Ronnie Brazier did just that. I found the vehicle I was looking for on the internet. Ronnie promptly emailed me back along with a follow up phone call. I was invited to test drive the car, and from the moment I met Ronnie, he is not only is a warm & pleasant sales rep, he was very knowledgeable in the vehicle I was looking at, in which to me is very important. (I have had sales people who simply do not know what they are talking about) Once Ronnie confirmed that I indeed liked the vehicle, he made the sales process easy & fun. I believe I my final purchase price overall was very fair, however, Ronnie really made this entire experience stress-free and overall I did not feel like I was taken for a ride...
