INFINITI of Hoffman Estates

Overall my experience at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates was exceptional. Eugene (Geno) knows his product and having purchased at other Infiniti dealerships in Chicago that's not always the case. He really took the time to show me all the features on my new Q50. All the staff was very helpful and really worked to earn my business. Infiniti of Hoffman Estates made my purchase quick and easy, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Came in to look at a QX56. Drove from Milwaukee area, so I was only planning on coming down once. Greeted and helped out with the car I asked for within 5 minutes of arrival. Gave me a competitive offer with 30 minutes on new truck and on my trade. Javier was awesome, as was the finance dept. Thought the new truck was clean, but they cleaned it even more. How impressive! Not only will I be back, already referring to them.

First let me start by saying that saying car shopping for a used luxury car had been challenging. Hoffman Estates was my second stop of the day after stopping at a different Infiniti dealership that had unmotivated salesmen. Jon Boorom at Infiniti Hoffman Estates was extremely professional, as well as informative about the vehicle. He made me confident that I recieved the best deal possible. I am very pleased with my new car and will recommend him and Infiniti Hoffman Estates to others.

Great experience with Eugene Cabana. There's a reason why he has so many positive reviews on here. Made the process easy, was upfront with the information I needed to make a decision and is extremely knowledgeable about the cars. Went above and beyond. Will be recommending him to friends.

My husband and I was looking for a Infiniti to replace our older Infiniti model we had for few years. We went to the dealer on a snowy Saturday. Walter helped us and was very professional, patient with few test drives until we found the one we liked and kept us informed over the weekend. And the dealer solved our trade-in Canadian model issue nicely as well. We got our new car the following Monday. We had a wonderful experience with Walter, will go back for his professional help next time buying a car.

The sales representative, Eugene Cabana, or Gene, helped me in purchasing a used 2011 Mercedes C300. Majority of the deal was handled via email. Keeping me informed each step of the way. He was very professional, friendly, and very helpful. A wonderful person to help you in the stressful time during a new car purchase.

I came in with not a lot of money to spend. Anthony treated us like we were shopping straight from the show room floor. Anthony was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and completely comfortable to work with. Anthony went above and beyond to ensure I got into the car I wanted and drove home with it that very day. Such a fantastic experience. And I'm in love with my car! Will always send my friends there and be a repeat costumer myself.

Overall experience was excellent. Eugene Cabana was a pleasure to work with, his product knowledge was outstanding. Very informative which allowed us to make an educated and informed decision. I would recommend Eugene and Infiniti of Hoffman Estates without hesitation.

I worked with Rob Dippel and from the moment we met I could tell he was relaxed and not pushy. I told him I was looking at other cars and he still showed me the car I was interested in, explained the features, and went on the test drive. I went to look at the other cars that I was interested in looking at and came back to Infinity of Hoffman Estates talk to Rob again and went on a second test drive. Came back to the dealership and bought a new Q50. I've been back for a recall service and after the service the adviser, Dave, called and told me not only the car was ready but it was cleaned and detailed. Something I wasn't expecting.

My wife wanted a very specific G37X to replace the G37X she was currently driving. With the name changes and new vehicles, a brand new 2013 G37X with Liquid Platinum and black leather interior was tough to find in late 2014. Our Salesman, Walt Watts searched all over and found it, gave us a great price, and we finished the deal in record time. This is our 3rd Infiniti product and my wife couldn't be happier. That's all that matters.
