Rodney was amazing from the start to end of the entire process. I went in just to see what there was on site, as I was shopping around with offers from my previous dealer on the table, and were hard to beat or even match. That didn't deter Rodney from gaining me as a customer. I showed him what the other company had written down for me as an offer, he said give him a minute and see what he could do, and the same day he came through with the same offer. That's just the beginning. I end up test driving and noticed I just wasn't feeling it, something was missing. I let Rodney know, and he remained persistent and brought me something he knew I would like but warned the price may be a little higher from the offer. I said I understand, I drove it, loved it. And then it was time to talk numbers. The numbers were great but not where I was comfortable, we sat and worked out different cases, and long story short I ended up with the vehicle I wanted, at the price he promised, plus it was a higher trim line!!! I couldn't be more happy with my purchase from Rodney Taylor and the team at York! Definitely made a repeat customer out of me!

I was there for an oil change, in and out within an hour. Found I needed new rear brakes. Left and had lunch, decided to have the brakes fixed. Went back to York and was in and out very quickly with new brakes. She is a very friendly and professional lady. It's a pleasure working with her and I feel confident when I leave the establishment that my car is safe to drive. .
