UPDATE HORROR!

UPDATE HORROR! Brake Caliper Bracket Bolt come off Left front while driving! CarFax don't lie, but Lufkin Ford DOES! Know the TRUTHS about Lufkin Ford First! Do not regret your $$$Thousand Dollar$$$ PURCHASE. I have Recorded and Documented Proof! Bought 2019 Honda Passport 12/2024. Driving it home, there was an incredible vibration in the front. At first, shop manager said it was the anti-lock. Finally he agreed and did admit that the car had been wrecked left front wheel. They Turned the front rotors, which were warped. And rotated the tires. None of the worked Lufkin Ford performed shows up on carfax, but when the car was wrecked, they took it to Loving Honda because the braking sensor warning light would still come on. WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON PREVIOUSLY WRECKED CARS AND NOT DISCLOSED, SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. If you make a purchase from Lufkin Ford and you get taken for a Ride, Simply, LOOK IN THE MIRROR. TRUTHS MATTER, When God Matters Ezekiel 25:17

Very easy to deal with.

Very easy to deal with. Yancey was a pleasure to work with. The rest of the staff was helpful as well! We were extremely happy with the whole process and experience! Will definitely refer to friends/family. So glad we used Lufkin Ford for our purchase!!! Would willingly drive from Tyler to do business with them again!

Jose Castillo and the professionals at Lufkin Ford

Jose Castillo and the professionals at Lufkin Ford representative the "model" state of industry in how professional should be. Their responsiveness is unmatched. Their thoroughness is second to none. Specific to Mr. Castillo, I live in Houston. I was in a bind. I explained what I wanted. He took it upon himself to shortlist three vehicles. He facetimed my wife (as we were driving back and forth to Austin) and provided for a walk-through of each vehicle. We made a decision. He got the paperwork completed, provided for electronic review and waited until well after closing hours to receive our signatures (we were tending to a family member in critical condition at a hospital in Austin). Vehicles cost money. There is no sum of money that can adequately establish and reinforce a personal relationship like a man who acts by his heart. Jose is that man and he is genuine in his resolve.
