Friendly fast sale. I literally purchased online. Sent in the app, was approved for loan and sent in paperwork online. I arrived at the dealership, test drove the vehicle and signed the paperwork and left the dealership in less than 45 minutes.

I drove from Louisiana to Lufkin, TX to visit my grandkids. When I arrived I got a flat tire and Mitch in the service department helped me out tremendously! He was so polite and he went above and beyond to help me get back on the road to see my babies! Thank you so much!

Had a fuel rail changed on my 2017 Ford F350, 6.7 diesel. The mechanic didn't change the fuel injector lines that attach to it as they are a one time use,,,Only! One of the lines started leaking diesel after it was repaired. They denied that you have to change them. They ordered an injector line kit to correct the problem. The parts came in and after making 3 different appointments to get it fixed they still haven't done the work that should had been done when fuel rail was done. It is always an excuse of some sort or they keep pushing up the appointment by several days. They don't keep their word on appointment dates......ever. After picking up truck today I decided to go to Tipton Ford in Nacogdoches since they do the work when appointment is schedule. You might get a good deal on a vehicle there BUT what is the point if you can't get it repaired when something happens?

Zero would be my rating doesn’t stand behind their word and take care of the customer. When you send 80 thousand on a brand new truck with them you would except them to help you. Did not and refused to fix a recall. They said nothing was wrong with it. If you have a recall it should be fixed even if the part in their opinion is ok. It’s a recall for a reason. Don’t buy here.3$

My friend and I bought Mustangs approx. a week apart and have been taking them to Lufkin Ford (previously Al Meyer) for service since we have bought them for service (oil change, TIRE ROTATION, and so on.) We both had great service the first couple of times, in and out. Then all of the sudden a few months into having our cars our tires were starting to wear down really fast with not even 20,000 miles on one and barely over on the other. Come to find out after wondering why the same tire on my car kept getting low and there was "no issue" they never even checked it much less rotated it. They never rotated the tires on either one of our vehicles the whole time and marking they were checked and rotated. They can't even make sure emails and Fordpass stuff it set up correctly on their end after asking them multiple times to do so. I have now already had to buy new tires for my car and my friend is going to have to buy some. They offered a free oil change to replace $800-$1000 tires and the same price match I can get anywhere. Let's just say Tipton Ford in Nac was way better my first visit, you can see them working on your car, and they are $10 cheaper!!!

Found a great deal online!

I found a Ford Expedition King Ranch Edition on cars.com at Lufkin Ford. I contacted them to find out all the details, and Michael Taylor contacted me very soon after. We discussed the Expedition and made the deal over the phone! Next was getting from NW Iowa to East Texas to pick it up! We flew to Houston, and Michael had arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport! Pat had driven an hour and 40 minutes one-way to get us! We had a nice visit with him on the way back to Lufkin, and when we arrived, Michael was there to greet us. The truck was ready, so he gave me the keys and told us to take it for a drive and grab lunch if we were hungry. When we got back, Craig was ready to complete the paperwork. My wife had noticed a line on the hood, which was left after a bug screen had been removed. Michael had the Expedition taken back to the shop and the guys buffed out the line while we did the paperwork! Within a couple hours of arriving in Lufkin, my wife and I were in the Expedition and heading north! I would highly recommend Lufkin Ford to anyone considering buying a vehicle from them!

Great Experience

Due to the COVID-19 situation, I was trying to limit interaction as much as possible and Jarell Westbrook with Al Meyer Ford (now Lufkin ford) exceeded my expectations. I had been looking to trade in my 2017 Chevrolet Traverse with 118800 Miles on it but no one wanted to give me more than 10,000$ for it which left me still owing 6600$ on it. Therefore I couldn't get financed because I was so far upside down. Jarell reached out to me and I told him the situation. He was very patient and NOT pushy throughout the process of waiting for an answer from my credit union and such. They were able to give me 3000$ more for my trade in than anyone else AND get me the extended 100,000 mile warranty, while still keeping the car at the MSRP value so I could get it financed. He was also able to do pretty much EVERYTHING over the phone so when I got to the dealership all I had to do was sign the dealerships paperwork and I was DONE. That was GREAT because I hate wearing the mask for a long time... LOL I was pleased to see that all of the employees at the dealership were wearing masks though. I got a 2020 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost and so far I LOVE it. When I decided to see what Al Meyer Ford had to offer I had already given up hopes on being able to get financed and trade in my traverse. Silsbee Hyundai even told me that I was not eligible for the rebates or discounts if I financed thru my credit union instead of them.. So I was pretty much DONE. I will in the future return to Lufkin ford.
