Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT Wilmington

Went in for an oil change. Started smelling something while driving. Turns out they didn?t replace the oil cap or dipstick. My engine is covered in oil. Oil was empty.

Pleasant buying expedience at the Hendrick dealership both during and after. Sean my salesman took his time with me, no pressure, I felt he was totally there for me. I test drove several new Jeep Wrangler Willys both in town and on the highway. Sean was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and accommodating. For the final test drive ?just for fun? I asked to drive the Mojito Green 2 Dr Willys with the 35? tire pkg for ?a few blocks? thinking it would be a rough ride and not for me. . Well it was great and turns out it was the longest test drive. I knew that was the one for my wife & I for a fun vehicle. I negotiated a good solid deal with Sean and his sales manager Bobby P., a great guy too, and so I bought it. They trailered it to me the next day in spotless condition 90 minutes south in SC. Highly recommend this dealership and couldn?t be more pleased!

I had scheduled routine service but discovered a big vibration problem. I left the car with them and it was fixed the next day. Covered under extended warranty. Very pleasant and thorough staff. Special mention to Amanda Heffner for quick replies and efficiency.
