I took my jeep in due to the check engine light being on

I took my jeep in due to the check engine light being on I was advised via text the issue, I purchased the jeep less than 30 days ago so the repairs were to be covered by the dealership. 3 hours later I'm still waiting for my vehicle to be repaired when a service advisor saw me standing outside & advised me my service advisor left for the day the part was not in stock & I should have been told much sooner. Poor customer service by my service advisor I wasted part of my day waiting on something that he knew was not going to be completed that day. As if today I'm still waiting on a call from the dealer that the part is in so my jeep can be repaired.

I am Very Well Pleased With My oil change, tire rotation and alignment. They always do a good job, that is why I always bring my car back to them for all of my services and repairs.

Professional and great to work with. On time and finished the job. Would highly recommend the service department. Always polite and easy to make an appointment when I need it.

Service adviser helpful, friendly and efficient.

Service adviser helpful, friendly and efficient. Service was simple but done in reasonable amount of time. Adviser also took some extra time to check navigation update in car and discovered I have the latest. Didn?t need to order.

My salesman Dania is the BEST! We have been buying cars with Dania for at least 10-12 years he is like family now. Billy the in the tower always tries to work with us on whatever we want and get the payments where we need them. Great group of people!!!!

Outstanding - over the hears I have purchased a number of

Outstanding - over the hears I have purchased a number of vehicles and my experience with Hendricks Jeep has been the best. Mason from Sales was very knowledgeable and up to date about Jeeps and provided excellent service. Then Devon from their Finance Office worked hard and actually found over a percentage lower interest rate. I very much appreciated their professional expertise and overall was a very positive experience.

Went for fuel filter replacement and trailer control

Went for fuel filter replacement and trailer control problem. Told nothing wrong with trailer controls, told must be in my trailer. Connected the truck to other trailers I own and it still does not work. Was working 1 month ago.Total bill over $660.00 for NOTHING
