Kristine Haar, Rick Hendrick Jeep, was the best Service Consultant I?ve ever worked with. Our Jeep broke down while on vacation and she fit our car into the shop and repaired quickly. The work was excellent and under the estimate provided in advance. I highly recommend this dealership for repair work.

Vince has been the service advisor each time I came in, even when he is overbooked and I have to start with a different advisor, he still makes sure to close out the interaction and ensure all is well. Amazing team all around at Hendricks!

They are updating some of the facility so I understand,
They are updating some of the facility so I understand, however they need better space for someone who has to work while waiting on the service. A little slow for an oil change, but they do check more system components.
