Vince is a great service professional.

Vince is a great service professional. When I moved to Wilmington 7 years ago, a neighbor recommended I see him when my van had issues. He alwats gets my car serviced quickly. I trust his suggestions!

I brought my jeep grand cherokee with 145k miles in for a

I brought my jeep grand cherokee with 145k miles in for a list of 4 things needing repair. The service agent is nice but I was told it was ready twice only to find out 2 of the issues were not taken care of. Finally after 2 weeks they said everything was done, when arrived to pick it up I noticed one of the issues still weren't taken care of. I was then informed that they could not fix it because they didn't make that part anymore. Would have been nice to get a call about that. The whole process was very aggravating.

Total and complete dissatisfaction with service department on an immaculate maintained RAM 2500 6.4 hemi. The service department determined that the use of Prestone Antifreeze is not compatible with any RAM!

They were very professional.

They were very professional. Did an amazing job on getting me a great deal! Only issue I have is the salesman said it had remote start and it does not.
