The service advisors I have worked with are very attentive and thorough, good-natured, always follow up on calls, and now they provide a complimentary Lyft to your destination, which is a great service for customers. I had an excellent experience with my most recent service advisor, Jimmy.

Went in to buy the Ioniq and Carlo and Ruby helped me out The car I wanted wasn't available with tech options but got a good price on model they had Very easy process and not stressful

I wanted to trade in my Bentley for a G90 After test driving the Genesis G90 and being very content with that experience, Jason their internet manager proceeded along with another sales manager to make a deal with me Once that was done I went in to the Finance lady and proceeded to complete the deal. Drove of in my new gleaming black and beige combo and was thrilled. Was cleaning the car and noticed a couple of nuts missing on two types to prevent the Tyra losing pressure. Called Jason and he was very responsive and will mail the two missing items to me. Highly recommend this dealership and ask for Jason.
