I feel like I fell for the old bait and switch.

I feel like I fell for the old bait and switch. I shopped online on the website, had all kinds of mailers and flyers but when I got there the price just kept going up and up and up. Nothing like what I saw on the internet for pricing and none of the promotions applied of course. Very disappointed in the process. 3.5 hours when I already know the car I wanted and didn't even test drive it. I like the car but cannot in good faith recommend due to the process

When I first went to your service center 2 years ago, I

When I first went to your service center 2 years ago, I wanted a price on fixing my daytime running lights. I was told by both the mechanic and his supervisor that I did not have daytime running lights. I found this highly offensive. Of course I have the lights. My friends knew this, my wife knew this, and I knew this to be true. I am always glad when Steven Caron is my service advisor. Maybe if he was around the first time I went to the dealership, I would have a better opinion about Jenkins Kia, Crystal River.

Joseph was not as knowledgeable as he should have been

Joseph was not as knowledgeable as he should have been referencing the different styles of the telluride. If we were told that the one we bought didn’t have garage door openings we would have stepped up to a higher level of the telluride.
