Mr. Torres was very professional and accommodating. He had a lot of patience answering all my questions. What he promised he delivered. He made the entire process simple. I was not happy with your management that tried to change the terms of the contract and monthly installment days after the car was in my possession and the all the paperwork regarding the sale was finalized and the contract was signed. Even though this was made right and the original deal was adhered to, it gives me a bad taste in my mouth to think Jenkins Kia would even contemplate getting away with this.

Steve handled the recall in an efficient and expedient manner. Roger took care of a couple of minor issues. Jamie listened to me with respect and gave some matters full attention

There used to be a good selection of snacks etc.

There used to be a good selection of snacks etc. at th dealership. We also miss the cookies at the end of the service. This last time we had to wander around outside to find our car. We would like a service facility closer (In Spring Hill)

Dave is always nice and takes good care of of our car.

Dave is always nice and takes good care of of our car. He keeps us up to date on service, rec calls and anything else we might need. Only downside is it’s a long wait many times for getting an oil change. Usually a couple hours or so. Over all we have excellent service.
