Had a great service experience, had this at two other

Had a great service experience, had this at two other dealerships to be fixed and only Crystal River Kia was able to fix it correctly. Thank you Devin for keeping at it and making sure it was fixed proper. I feel much safer and now love my vehicle again and feel safe driving it.

I found Kevin Bell to be helpful and attentive in the purchase I made. I have no comment regarding Christopher Westfall as I had no real dealings with him. I only recognized him from the photograph provided as he provided documentation I called to collect! Your dealership appears and looks to be efficient. My response to this survey was delayed, as the email address was not the one I provided to Kevin Bell. It has been previously compromised, receives only junk and is no longer used by me!
