Horrible Service!
Horrible Service! New Kia less than a year old. AC Compressor went out and it has taken them over 3 weeks to get parts. We called multiple times for updates with no return calls. Will NEVER own another KIA or buy any vehicle from JENKINS!

Didn't take care of all the issues, the follow up was
Didn't take care of all the issues, the follow up was worse. Trying to schedule an appointment for some parts that were ordered the last time I was there, but I got the runaround and then an answering machine. Meanwhile my radio still doesn't work, my rotors wobble, the trim on my trunk is still loose. I was told the radio and rotors needed to be ordered. I've yet to receive a follow up call. It feels like I've really got to work to get my car taken care of here.

For most part was. a good experience…did run into an issue…found small crack in window that was already treated and not disclosed at sale…when I informed them they would not help me
