Great Customer Service

Michael Brown and Nicole Elder went above and beyond. The customer service and responsiveness was exceptional. They were willing to invest the time to find the exact vehicle I was looking for, even if it wasn't on their lot. The level and frequency of communication, especially from Michael Brown, made working with them easy and efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Not happy at all with my experience. I felt as if I had to fight everyone to get some respect. I saw different rims on my car I planned to purchase and I was not taken serious. I had to wait for my finance check to come in the mail. I was called several times as if I could make the check come any sooner. I came in as soon as I got the check about 1:30 pm on a Monday. I had to sit there with little instructions all day. I did not get to talk wit the business manager until 6:15 and did not leave with my car until 8:45pm . Me not knowing what was going on and why I was waiting so long, did not leave the dealership to do anything outside of taking care of business to get the car. I could have at least been told to return at a certain time. I was not given that opportunity. I also felt the dealership was very evasive.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. I went in knowing the car I wanted based off online inventory. My one complaint is that when I was signing all the paperwork, the extra insurance was pushed a little too hard. I understand that it’s part of the sales job, but with my anxiety, the “let’s see what all could go wrong” angle was off putting.

Mercury Mariner

Just another bait and switch dealership. Advertise vehicle for sale for $1995.00 but when I got there first they couldn’t find it, then surprise it didn’t pass the inspection. Why advertise something that isn’t running oh I know why it’s because you have a different vehicle you can show me for a $1000. more than I wanted to spend. Recommend this dealership NO WAY, Stay Away from this place just another ripoff dealership. Redskin pulled the same xxxx couldn’t find the vehicle but found out they sold it a week before. And people wonder why they think car dealers are crooked.
