Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights

Sep 29,2018 I went into the dealership and met with Mike C. who was very lazy and didn't have the best customer service skills. I ended up not getting a car because he didn't feel like working with me or my bad credit and said that my vehicle (that he didn't have inspected) was only worth $350.00 and I didn't have much of a down payment which is another reason I chose not to go any further. I ended up selling my vehicle on ( Oct 4) and made I enough for my down payment and my insurance from it. I called the dealership after doing some research for Suburban Ford Of Sterling Heights employee's it was then that I came across THE PHENOMENAL MARCUS MARTIN... I scheduled an appointment with him for Oct 6 and left with the vehicle of my desire all because MARCUS fought long and hard for me that day. If you are a person like me who is doing some research as to who you want to deal with at this dealership I would advise you to go see MARCUS MARTIN he is down to earth and makes the process smooth and easy... In a couple of years when I'm ready to make another purchase I will go wherever Marcus is, he's THE MAN WITH PLAN!!! THANKS AGAIN MARCUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3

I have never had such a great experience purchasing a vehicle. Terry Lange, never skipped a beat when taking care of me. Always answered my phone calls even when he was golfing. I would highly recommend anyone going to Suburban Ford. Their customer service is outstanding!

David was very easy to work with and also knowledgeable on hybrid cars which is what I was purchasing. He was also very accommodating and got a few minor scratches fixed for me on the car that I bought. He followed through with this after I purchased the vehicle and the deal was made.

This is my fist experience at Suburban Ford and with Joe Franzoni and his assistant Mazin. They were working really hard to earn my business. Polite, patient and professional. They got me a deal better than i expected because they found me discounts i never knew. I am looking forward to release another vehicles from them.

The service is impeccable. Wait time is minimal. Service reps are thorough keeping you informed of the time to wait. The service manager, Mike Skeltis, greets all in coming patrons. He asked me if I was pleased with the service in which I replied I couldn&apos;t be more than pleased. It really isn&apos;t about the purchase of a car from Suburban Ford as much as it is the service you get when you need to bring your car in.

I was very pleased with my salesperson, Flora. She was extremely helpful in answering all my questions thoroughly. She also made the process seamless.

Gregg was a terrific listener. He truly seemed to care that I got the vehicle that I wanted instead of making a sale. With the help of him and Sarah, I got the car I wanted at a great price point. Gregg did have an appointment with another customer midway through our meeting, but I was incredibly impressed that he followed up with us afterwards and helped the other salesperson I was working with process the paperwork.

I had a 30,000 miles service visit at Suburban Ford and was satisfied with the service my car received from the dealership. They also have a comfortable facility in which to wait while my car was serviced.

This was my first experience with Suburban Ford of Sterling Height. Brain went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the SUV I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. He was outstanding I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Brian Howell to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.
