3rd Ford car leased through Suburban

Matt made the process of turning in my Ford Escape and leading a new Flex very easy. I test drive a new Flex and drive out with it the same day!

Marcus Martin

Our salesmen was phenomenal. Professional, organized, courteous, respectful. I was beyond happy with his service. We were on site from roughly 11-5 saturday 3/24/18 and left with our new (well used) ford escape. Marcus is an outstanding employee, he showed patience with our unique financial situation, provided answers to all of our concerns and was more than willing to help us at all times. If anyone looking for a car is reading this ask for Marcus Martin and I garuntee you will be happy with your service. Best. Car. Experience. Ever!

Matthew is the most respectful, kind, hardworking salesman. Not once was I referred to as “sweetheart” or “honey” which is still a struggle for women trying to buy a car in the local hometown lot. I drove over an hour to meet with Matthew because he is honest and helpful. Matthew had everything in place before he had us come out to sign. Extremely convenient and efficient service. And the welsh accent is the icing on top! Thank you again Matthew. I will refer everyone I know to you.

Horrible Experience

Called ahead of time to schedule an appointment to drive a specific vehicle. We were told to ask for Brandon. Drove over an hour and a half to arrive and not only find out the vehicle was no longer available (a call would have been nice) but also be to treated as though he could care less that we were there. He seemed to have no knowledge of our appointment. After spending about an hour waiting around to first be told they didn’t have this vehicle and then to be told they were unable to locate a 2nd car we were willing to test drive, we walked out as it was apparent they didn’t care about our business. Worst dealership customer service ever.
