Great experience!

We initially went to the dealership for a different car then the one we purchased but it sold before we were able to get it. Andrianna helped us find a different car and worked diligently to get us approved. She even worked with us through text and email which was very convenient.

Friendly staff, great service!

I have leased over half a dozen vehicles (sorry not all fords) and this has to be,with out a doubt, the best leasing experience so far. The pricing was great; the selection was amazing. It's safe to say that I will definitely be doing my leasing thru Suburban Ford from now on.

We had an awesome experience, exceptional customer service!!

Flora is an excellent sales consultant. She took care of us and her experstise and genuine concern is second to none!!! We are very satisfied of how she handled all the paperworks and she even went out of her way to expedite everything. Ultra impressive customer service. She is a great asset to this dealership with the way she values and takes care of her customers Emilia is an expert. She explained to us all terms efficiently. She is very pleasant, very patient and her friendly smile and great rapport to customers like us makes her an excellent employee and gem at this dealership Sarah is such a caring and knowledgable manager. She assisted us with sincerity and took care of every minute detail during our transactions at this dealership. Her reassuring voice, concern and big smiles just made us seal the deal at this dealership. We know we were in great hands when we spoke with her regarding our car . Above & Beyond Customer Service - David Curtiss

My wife and I were in the area from Traverse City and were looking at F-150's since my lease was coming up. As we walked into the showroom we were happily greeted by a salesperson, David Curtiss. From this point forward we were never pressured into anything and were treated as if we were family. The entire staff at the dealership was friendly which made our experience positive. David went far above and beyond to make a new lease opportunity for us. I would recommend you visit this dealership if you are looking for the best price out there with exceptional customer service. We also were impressed that the sales manager, Sarah Long, stopped by and introduced herself. As a manager she she told us if we needed anything while we were at the dealership to find her. This dealership is the best out there.

Hassle-Free Car Shopping

So I've been in the process of finding my new car for the last 2 months. I was very close to closing on a vehicle from another car maker, but the month changed and out went the price I was quoted (went up significantly). I understand this is par for the course, but I took a step back and thought I'd give Ford another look this time around. I called Matthew, whom I've bought several cars from in the past as well as referred friends and family to and, once again, Matthew did not disappoint. In a matter of just a couple hours, Matthew had phoned me back and told me he found a vehicle for me that will check off all of my boxes and meet my monthly payment criteria. Let me say I got more vehicle than expected for the low monthly payment I was targeting. I just took delivery today and I'm very happy. I'll definitely come back to Suburban Ford and Matthew for my next car and I highly recommend that if you're in the market for a new car, call Matthew straight away.

Great Customer Service!

Great dealership and we love our new 2018 Explorer XLT! Brad Feather located the car we wanted and worked with me to get a great lease deal. Very nice job making me feel welcomed and cared for. Tom Macpherson reviewed the lease agreement in detail and answered all my questions. I would refer friends and family to Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights.

Suburban Ford Experience

I recently leased a new 2018 F150 from Suburban Ford......it was my 3rd truck that I leased from them. The entire process was completely painless and I am more than happy with the vehicle. My salesperson Jim Belk is a true professional who went out of his way to insure that the vehicle met my expectations and that the price was what I was looking for. Jim's easy going personality and his attentiveness to detail are two of the many reasons that I will return to Suburban Ford again in the future and would absolutely recommend the dealer and Jim to anyone looking to lease or buy a new Ford.

Had an Amazing Shopping experience with JR and Michele F

I drove a long way to do business with Suburban of Sterling Heights. The process was easy 90% of the transaction was done over the phone, got to the dealership, received a quote on my car, we worked out the details and were able to come to terms on the car and my trade in. I must have passed 15 Ford Dealers to do business with the Michele Fournier and JR Peterson. They made the entire process easy and enjoyable... They went the extra mile when to make me a happy customer! The Final Results are... I drove home with new car and great deal!....
